About Us

Rodrigo Neri

Co-Founder (The Looks)

Rodrigo Neri Rodrigo Neri @rigoneri

Rigo is the designer, iOS developer and web front-end guru for all instin products. He's one of the rare developers that's extremely talented at visual design, developing native apps and building websites.

During his free time he's released apps like myGoal and Touch Boom to the App Store, helped Joe Stump launch sprint.ly, made the top story on Hacker News with Syte and released a better Twitter.com experience with Better Nest.

Rigo created myHomework to help keep his school work organized while earning a Software Engineering degree at Park University. Originally from Brazil, he came to the U.S. as a college basketball player, but an injury lead him to his true passion: coding + design. To learn more about Rigo, check out his story in the Silicon Prairie News, where he was recently nominated for technologist of the year!

Keith Entzeroth

Co-Founder (Business in the front)

Keith Entzeroth Keith Entzeroth @keithentzeroth

Keith is our business strategist, Android and web developer.

Always calm, cool and collected, Keith spent most of the last seven years leading medium to large web development teams in the patient and consumer space at Cerner. He's as comfortable coding up and launching a new website in three weeks as he is in planning and strategy meetings with executives. During his last three years, his teams set the gold standard at Cerner for speed to market, lowest hosting costs and best automation processes. He's now taken dozens of Windows + .NET/Java + XHTML Transitional programmers and turned them into *nix + Python + HTML5 web devs. Keith earned his degree in Computer Engineering from Purdue University.

Ryan Niemeyer

Co-Founder (Party in the back-end)

Ryan Niemeyer Ryan Niemeyer @ryanniemeyer

Ryan is the scientist of the group, responsible for our architecture, systems, APIs and web development.

When he's not up all night analyzing and tweaking our systems, he's coding. He is passionate about usability, performance, deployment automation, Amazon Web Services, Python and non-relational storage systems. Never short on opinions, Ryan leads our mantra of "this is good, but we can do better!" At Cerner he led a large movement away from dated "enterprisey" technologies to more modern, cheaper and faster development stacks that he's mastered on side projects. Ryan earned his Computer Science degree from Iowa State University where he was named the most outstanding comp. sci student by faculty and staff.
